Phase 3: Two-Day Follow-Up to Scrub and Officially Launch Plan

Phase 4: Support and Quarterly Reviews
We meet with the team leads and Company StratOp Champion periodically to offer guidance as needed.

Phase 5: Two-Day Annual Renewal Retreat
We get back together with your original team to review your plan and adjust for the upcoming year.
